Here are the links to the paper work you need for the expedition.

What you need to do:

• Fill out the Medical Form form on line and email it back to us.
  
  
• Fill out the Arrival Details form on line and email it back to us.
  
  
• Print out the Contract Form, fill it out and mail or fax it to us.
  
  
• Print out the Waiver Form, fill it out, and mail or fax it back to us.
